The Platform
Kompoundz is an independent platform operating across the private capital structure — from senior secured debt to equity — and across multiple sectors and geographies, with particular depth in the UK and Europe. It works exclusively with institutional, professional and sophisticated counterparties, and does not act for retail or individual investors.
The platform was built on the principle that the best outcomes in finance come not from single transactions, but from the disciplined accumulation of relationships, judgment and execution over time. Compounding, applied to capital markets.
The Principal
A senior finance professional with over two decades of experience originating, structuring and executing transactions across the debt and equity capital markets. Career foundations were built at institutional platforms spanning insurance-linked asset management, regulated deposit-taking and specialist credit, before moving into independent principal and arranging activity.
The work spans the full credit and investment cycle: origination, underwriting, structuring, execution, portfolio management, and — where required — restructuring and workout. Sectors covered include real estate, energy and renewables, infrastructure, aviation, defence, and corporate finance.
MRICS-qualified with a postgraduate background in finance and investment, and a holder of the IMC. Engagements are undertaken in private markets with professional counterparties.
